3. Client Eligibility & Responsibilities

By submitting a request, you confirm that:

• You are 18+ years
• The information you provide is accurate, complete and truthful
• You will not submit false, misleading, or unlawful requests
• You will cooperate with the assigned lawyer as required

4. Submission of Legal Service Request

When submitting a request form:

• You must provide correct details about your legal issue
• You may be required to upload documents or additional information
• The Platform may reject incomplete or inappropriate requests

5. Lawyer Assignment & Engagement

• The Lawyer will be recommended through this website.
• Lawyers are selected based on availability, practice area and suitability
• Once a lawyer accepts your request:
• A direct professional relationship begins between you and the lawyer
• Fees, timelines and scope are agreed directly with the lawyer

6. Fees & Payments

• The Platform is free for primary information/ discussion depending on the service type
• Lawyer fees:
• Will be communicated through email/ WhatsApp or Mobile phone
• May vary based on complexity and urgency
• The Platform is not responsible for fee disputes unless payment is processed through its system.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• Information submitted is treated as confidential
• Your data is shared only with relevant lawyers and admins
• Lawyers are independently responsible for maintaining professional confidentiality
